SHIPPING INFORMATION

You get free shipping on every order within the continental US.  Please contact us for shipping cost information for AK and HI.    Please note we cannot ship to FPO's or APO's.

Please allow 7-14 days for delivery once your order is placed (including shipping time).  If using TaskEasy financing, borrowers must sign promissory note and repayment terms before items are shipped. 

SHIPPING DETAILS

Truck freight companies DO NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. Please make arrangements to have extra help on hand in these circumstances.

If the shipping company needs to make special arrangements to unload merchandise for customers, such as special lift-gate truck delivery or extra delivery personnel, it is the responsibility of the customer to reimburse the trucking company for these charges. The manufacturer or TaskEasy will not be responsible for any such additional charges.

Some municipalities and some delivery areas prohibit truck freight delivery in residential areas. In these circumstances, customers may have to arrange picking items up at the local trucking distribution center. The manufacturer or TaskEasy will not reimburse customers for any such expenses.

Please inspect the product carefully and thoroughly BEFORE signing the shipping receipt. Shipping damage is covered by the truck freight company and not by manufacturer or TaskEasy. Your signature on the receipt is your acceptance of the merchandise in good condition.

RETURN POLICY

New and unused equipment may be returned for a period of up to 14 days after the date of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Customers wishing to return new and unused merchandise must call 1-801-509-9093 within fourteen days of product delivery to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Once a unit has had fuel put into the fuel system it is "used" and non-returnable. Units that are performing as designed are non-returnable as they are now considered "used".

It is extremely important that all new and unused items being returned receive a return authorization approval prior to being returned. Equipment returned without a return authorization prior to shipment may be rejected for refund consideration and may also be subject to a storage fee of $20 per day. The total storage charges will not exceed the total amount originally billed when the item was purchased. If an item is returned and becomes subject to storage fees, it will be considered "abandoned". Abandoned items will become the sole property of TaskEasy as soon as the storage fees meet or exceed the amount of the price paid originally for the item. When the remaining credit eligible balance reaches zero, abandoned items may be resold or disposed of at the sole discretion of TaskEasy.
